  • BelgianFormatRuleSince 1 January 2026 invoices between businesses established in Belgium are structured e-invoices, by default Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 (law of 6 February 2024): domestic invoices to businesses get the format "peppol". Not for consumers and not for businesses that only perform exempt supplies without input tax deduction (Art. 44 VAT Code).

The open core packages are MIT licensed. The legal wording of the country packs must be confirmed by a tax adviser.
