Why automatic rather than optional like Nova? Regulatory updates cost money continuously. In return you can cancel with one click, get a reminder 30 days before, and keep using your version indefinitely.

What an active licence includes
We commit to regulatory updates, Laravel compatibility and security fixes. Release intervals are guidelines.
Regulatory updates
New XRechnung, Peppol and CII/UBL versions, KoSIT rules, code lists and legal changes are released at least 4 weeks before a rule becomes binding, provided the specification was published in time.
Laravel compatibility
New Laravel major versions are supported within 4 weeks of their release.
Security fixes
Critical issues within 72 hours, all others with the next patch. Even after your licence has expired.

- Private Composer repository with all releases, licence keys for local, staging and CI.

- As needed, typically every 2–4 weeks. Bug fixes without breaking changes.
- Minor releases

Questions about pricing and licensing
What counts as a project?
One Laravel application (one codebase) with one production installation. Several domains, servers or workers of the same app count as one project; local, staging, preview and CI are free. Two separate apps, e.g. shop and back office, are two projects. White-label installations count per installation, or Agency covers them. An installation with tenants via tenancy.scope needs SaaS.
How does billing work?
The purchase includes 12 months of updates. After that you are charged the renewal price automatically every year. You can cancel any time with one click, effective at the end of the licence year, no notice period. You get a reminder with amount, date and cancel link 30 days before each charge.
Why does the licence renew automatically?
Because Quittio ships regulatory updates continuously, and they cost money continuously. You can cancel at any time and keep the version you have.
What happens if I do not renew?
You keep using the last version you received indefinitely and still get security fixes, but no more regulatory updates, features or support. Because Managed requires quittio/core in the same version, the core stays at that version too.
Are there security updates after expiry?
Yes, for the major version that was current at expiry, as long as it is supported. They are delivered as patches on your last unlocked minor version.
Can I rejoin after cancelling?
Within 90 days of expiry at the renewal price, after that at the full purchase price.
Can I switch tiers?
Upgrade by paying the difference to the purchase price of the new tier; your licence year continues. Downgrade at the next renewal date, without refund.
Can I transfer the licence, also to my client?
Yes, if the old project no longer runs in production, at most once per licence year, self-service in your account. An agency may hand the licence over to its client when the project ends.
My app manages several companies. Do I need SaaS?
Only if you use tenancy.scope, i.e. your customers issue invoices in your app themselves. Several issuer profiles of your own are unlimited in every tier.
What is Founders Lifetime?
A one-time payment with updates without expiry, only at launch and only for Solo and Agency. It covers all future versions of quittio/managed, not separate add-ons.
Can I try Managed first?
Local, staging and CI are free. After purchase you have a 14-day refund, no questions asked.
When can I buy?
When Quittio Managed launches. Early access sign-ups hear first and get the founders offer.
