# Licence

Open core: the core is free, the management layer is commercial.

## Quittio (open source)

quittio/quittio, quittio/core, quittio/laravel and quittio/country-de are released under the MIT licence. You may use, modify and redistribute them freely, also commercially. The licence text is in the [repository](https://github.com/Quittio/quittio/blob/master/LICENSE).

## Quittio Managed (commercial)

- Licensed per project (one production installation); local, staging, preview and CI are free.
- Use is perpetual. Without renewal, updates and support end; security fixes continue.
- No licence check at runtime, no phone-home.
- Redistribution in your own packages or products that offer Managed features to developers is not allowed (except Enterprise/OEM by agreement).
- 14-day refund, no questions asked.

## Third parties

Bundled fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. Notes on XSD files and code lists are in the repository.
