# One data model, every format.

Quittio creates ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, Peppol, CII and UBL from the same data. Switching format is one line.

## The formats in detail

**In short**

ZUGFeRD, XRechnung and Peppol implement the same standard, EN 16931. ZUGFeRD is a PDF/A-3 with embedded XML, readable by people and software. XRechnung is pure XML with additional German rules and is required by public-sector buyers. Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 is the UBL format for sending over the Peppol network.

In Germany, small invoices up to €250 gross are exempt from the e-invoicing mandate.
